It should not matter how any times a house has been passed down through a family....a family home should stay within the family!!

I think it's wrong I recently had a heart attack if I would of died my 20 year old son would of been homeless . If you live there and have done for 12 months or more it's yr home you should be allowed to stay. You would only have to be rehoused some where else what's the point and less paperwork

Compassion is lost inthe face of red tape. I believe all cases need to be looked at according to circumstance and the time period given after grief extended.

Have these people not got hearts she's lost her husband who cares how many times it's passed down ,show some compassion and let her grieve in the comfort of her home where her memories are .It's an awful time I know from experience .
