I really feel that Flintshire county council should judge delicate situations like this one on a case by case basis, looking at the circumstances and weigh decisions against the merit of the individual case. This poor woman should not have the added stress of this, given what she has already been though.
Furthermore; from a logical point of view it would be time and cost effective to leave a settled tenant at the current residence, the alternative being the rigmarole of having to re-home her, redecorate/refurbish the then vacant house and then find new tenants. I ask you where is the heart or the logic in that?

This right decision needs to be made here to let Lynne stay in the property that she shared with her husband for many happy years
