Travelling to dublin to get a flight takes us 4 hours to arrive at airport. Its a disgrace that both shannon and cork had stopped flights to bristol, need to bring it back as its extremely unfair for those that arent near dublin !!!

The removal of this route now means I only get to see my family 3 times a year instead of several times in a year. I have to take a full week off work to get to spend 4 days with them due to 2 days plus wasted on travel and the physical impact of that.

I live in the south of Ireland and have family in Bristol as do many other people I know, and we would all really appreciate and use a service

I’d love to visit friends in Cork flying directly from my hometown of Bristol.

Just went to Cork from South Wales and it took 8 hours of driving and a four hour ferry crossing, plus two additional night’s accommodation. I’d rather fly and pay £ to offset my additional carbon emissions.

The lack of flights from major UK cities to cork is a major contributing to the decision of where to live for many people and so a regular flight connecting the two cities is great for growth. If they flights are run at useful times such as a Friday evening to Sunday evening, I’m sure this route would prove to be popular for weekend visits to relatives.

We have family in SW England who it now takes at best 20 travel hours to get to. We used to fly from Cork to Bristol which reduced this time to a few hours. Eight years ago there used to be two flights a day from Cork to Bristol which suggests that post Covid there should be enough demand for a daily flight.
