Minnesota needs to take the lead by recognizing the value and esthetic beauty added to our state year round by designating the Pink Flamingo as the \"Official Plastic Bird\" of Minnesota. By declaring Pink Flamingos the \"Official Plastic Bird\" of Minnesota, we hope to stop the proliferation of needless local statutes outlawing the display of this bird.
