For many years now, US 5street has been a second home to us. A place to make friends and have fun.

We wish we could still say the same..

The 5street office phone number is unreachable, as it goes to voicemail.
Every other snail game has its own designated email address for customer support, 5street does not. Even when submitting a problem in the member service, choosing a 5street server never stops loading. As if the game doesn’t even exist.
We urge 5street to keep their website and member service updated, answer their emails regularly and keep their office reachable during work hours in case of emergencies.

Every issue starts with our GM, game master who overlooks everything happening in game.
The GM lets his assistants do whatever they want, and still keeps inactive players as moderators.
2 moderators don’t speak English, and the rest are just not doing their job right or are inactive.
A lot of players have been muted for days on, without a concrete reason or just for fun.
Game moderators act in an unreasonable and unacceptable behavior.
Because of this, players are scared to speak their minds.

Players are not allowed to complain on the forum, via email or private message, since it will all be taken down or ignored.
All forum complaints are being removed without being taken into consideration.
Replacing 5street GM and GM assistants/moderators with players who are linguistically qualified to do the job would help us all tremendously.

Availability, activity, professional and fair behavior, and elaborate skills in English must be a requirement for all GM assistants.
If these requirements are not met, actions need to be taken and termination from the job is the only option.
There has to be at least one GM assistant representing every mass country that 5street has players from.
Such as Finland, Turkey and Thailand.

Our server is currently, and always has been experiencing some kind of issue with players using illegal third party programs, such as bot, mouse clicker, keyboard clicker etc.

This all needs to end and we’d like to suggest a solution for this.

Russian server has added a file called mrak.dll in the game files detecting any use of third party programs in game.
They have been using it for quite a while now, with great success. Over 400 accounts frozen and at least 2000 players warned.

We all think this would be ideal for our server, seeing that our game moderators are doing nothing about reported players.
Only banning people that are not using any third party programs.

We urge you to fix these mistakes and unmute the innocent players.
