Who is sick of waiting for at least 6 light changes just to turn Right from Bridgeman Rd on the New England Hwy,its been a serious issue for years and yet still nothing has been done. Sign this to ask for it to be rectified by either a green arrow or not allowing traffic to travel straight through the intersection as there are other routes they can take!
I was stuck at the Bridgeman turnoff again today and I honestly think my blood pressure went up ten points just watching the light cycle through without me moving at all. It is absolute madness that we are still sitting here in these endless lines while the powers that be just ignore the bottleneck but I am slowly getting some emails together to send to the council office to see if someone will actually look at the video evidence I gathered last week.

I honestly cannot believe how many people actually deal with this nightmare every single day and it feels like we finally have enough weight behind us to stop being ignored by the local council. It is wild seeing so many people venting in the comments about their own traffic stories during that morning commute because I genuinely thought I was the only one losing my mind out there.

Bridgeman Road is a bottle neck with the heavy flow coming through on the hway travelling to and from the mines. It is virtually impossible to turn right- which has become exacerbated by the improvements being done to the hole in the wall rail bridge b

Yes we definitely need a fix to the safety problem at this intersection as people are always running red lights try to go north on highway one day there going to be a fatality

How this has not been done already is beyond me! Even just 20 seconds of an arrow here would solve a lot of traffic banking up. Worst spot in Singleton!

A significant proportion of the town lives in the Singleton Heights, Hunterview and the lifestyle blocks further out on bridgeman road. The current set up is inadequate to meet these demands. Arrows and turning lanes need to be installed to meet the needs of these large populations.

A green arrow needs to installed. Do not redirect traffic from the other side. That would create further problems.

I need to leave 20 minutes early to drop my son at work at Bunnings as it can take 6 or more light changes to turn right off bridgeman rd onto the New England highway. It’s ridiculous

This is necessary. Please implement this idea as soon as practical.
