Fix the Route 151 and 111 North Hampton Intersection NOW!

Almost been hit several times car and motorcycle, please fix this

Miss you Rick. I hope that no one else will ever have to go through what you and your family have. Don’t let my friend be just a statistic. Fix this problem now!

Had many close calls, most come during the summer months when the beach traffic comes and goes through town.

Something needs to be done!

Worst intersection ever.

Those of us who live near the intersection can attest that there are many near accidents each and every day. Brakes squeal, horns blast and when the weather is warm there is audible yelling/swearing as these near misses occur. It is only a matter of time before a pedestrian or bicyclist gets hurt!

This intersection is particularly hazardous for motorcycle riders. I have had several near misses here while traveling south on 151. I have gotten into the habit of slowing down and using my left directional to make sure any eastbound 111 vehicle attempting to cross KNOWS I'm continuing southbound on 151. Please do something here

My car was totaled at this intersection a couple of years ago and I walked away with only minor injuries. To this day I hold my breath when going by. Even after this horrific accident and with signage in the area, last week I had to hit my brakes to avoid another collision. Something needs to be done...please.

Intersection is incredibly unsafe in such a small town. UNH did a study and found that a rotary is a much safer option. Look it up. It’s also the cheaper option, save lives and a dollar. Win win. PS. Everyone slow down.

A friend of mines brother in law just lost his fight from an accident there a week ago

No need for this tragic accident to have happened

We are new North Hampton residents and are disappointed that such a great little town has let this extremely dangerous intersection continue to exist. Get with the NHDOT and get this done please. -The Torrance Family

This notorious intersection for accidents. It is a danger to the public.

Uncle Rick we love you. Through our loss maybe some good can come from it and we fix this intersection so that no more families have to feel the pain we are going through.

I am fearful of this intersection and avoid it when I can. When driving south on 151, I’m not confident a driver heading East on 111 is clear of my intent to continue straight (south) or head west on 111, despite my lack of turn signal. I’ll often use my left turn signal to try to communicate my intent. I’d suggest this is an issue with drivers unfamiliar with the intersection, but the recent tragedy was between two locals.
