I use my ps3 primarily to watch TV with my girlfriend, usually netflix or youtube (and previously twitch). Although I can still watch Twitch on my PC, it's a lot less convenient since it isn't connected to my TV, and therefore difficult to watch with someone. As a result, I watch less Twitch than I used to.

@Josh patrie,
Seems we've gotten an official statement (or at least I have, they haven't made a public one yet), I've copy and pasted those statements in the pinned comments of the videos on YouTube that display the current problems with the app, as well as a screenshot of that statement on the PlayStation Support forums where I started a thread about this, all linking to this petition (I'm planning on publishing another review about apps to view the site to my personal site in the near future also), all linking to this petition (which Twitch has stated they will consider should I submit it to their feedback boards, however I don't intend on doing it until we have at least 100 signatures; apparently having the suggestion on my channel for almost a year and contacting them through support isn't enough to be considered feedback...); all they've stated is that it's not supported anymore, they believe it's PlayStation's responsibility to remove it from the PSN store (despite me contacting Twitch to give them PlayStation's response to the inquiry to lean on Twitch to fix it or have it removed) and an article on how to leave feedback (apparently feedback on their Facebook page means absolutely nothing...).

If twitch is not going to update the app anymore, at least ask Sony to remove it from the store.

Been broken for several months, it's disgusting they updated the PS4 app & left this one in the dust, the YouTube app has become the common replacement seeing as they won't fix it...
