Apartment no. 307 at Zawadi
I think all the issues need to be rectified ASAP. As investors we paid in good faith and the developer received the monies. The developer made a return by selling, and as investors we deserve to be able to make a return as well. We deserve better treatment and to have the issues resolved.

Apartment 209. Sewerage effluent issues cannot be treated lightly. There are modern affordable Biodigester systems that Fairdeal can replace the mechanical system with.

We never signed for such property ensure you (developer) do your bit. Its embarrassing, its disturbing and it un hygienic to live in Zawadi.
