Reaching this level of support feels heavy because it proves I am not the only one living in these conditions. The exhaustion of this fight is real but knowing so many neighbors are in it with me keeps me going.

Apartment no. 307 at Zawadi I think all the issues need to be rectified ASAP. As investors we paid in good faith and the developer received the monies. The developer made a return by selling, and as investors we deserve to be able to make a return as well. We deserve better treatment and to have the issues resolved.
Apartment 209. Sewerage effluent issues cannot be treated lightly. There are modern affordable Biodigester systems that Fairdeal can replace the mechanical system with.

The plumbing in apartment 102 block 3 leaves a lot to be desired. Occasionally waste from the apartment above drains in my apartment. This needs to be addressed urgently
