Back then it was my favourite series just the Flock until the day where just everything started going down and the threw in some unnecessary characters/plot/storyline. I have not watched the movie but just from pictures I know, it will just be disappointing and I want to keep Maximum Ride as a series. So I just hope that either JP or just anybody sees this petition and we will get a movie where the actors also look like the characters and can sum all the books into a great plot. Because the one in the film makes me scream in frustration.

I completely agree and hope that this changes something. They didn't put as much time and effort need and at least portray Max and the Flock to people who haven't read the series in a good way. They not only tarnished the series and characters, but also the people who read, vouched, and cried over this series. It ruined us all bit by bit and I am truly disappointed in how they seem to do that to us.

This is by far my favorite series ever. I have fallen in love with the story and the characters. I have read the series all the way through AT LEAST 7 times and counting. The movie was HIGHLY disappointing after waiting years for it.

I'd give anything for a good movie. We've been waiting for 7+ years and this is this is what we got. It's like they didn't even read the book and Patterson signed on it. I'm heartbroken. The movie makes the whole series look bad and it deserves so much more. Hire actors who can act and LOOK THE PART. Write a script that's accurate to the books and not painful to the ears and soul. Follow the plot, it's not that hard the book is written like a movie. Maybe consult some fans or at least some people who actually care about the series, and apparently that doesn't include Patterson himself

We, the fandom of Maximum Ride, deserve better than the trash that was given to us. We are all passionate about this series and our hopes and wishes were crushed when the Maximum Ride movie came out. Please do the series justice and make a new one. And use Piera Forde as Maximum Ride; she's phenomenal. Go check out her videos on YouTube.

Couldn't even finish watching it. I would rather have an anneurism than to see my beloved mutants crash and burn like this again. Give Maximum Ride the movie series it deserves! This movie was more pathetic than a Sci Fi original. You could have at least TRIED to make the CGI look more convincing. I mean really: Don't be a sellout again, James, please. This movie made M Night Shyamalan's "The Last Airbender" look like it deserved an Oscar! Give my childhood at least a little justice.
