The city of Maumelle should also take over the roads for sologne forest division considering they never made the developer put them up to city code

Thanks Preston Lewis. I am one of the residents of Garden Oaks and I participated in paying the cost to have one small section of the alleyway repaired. The only way for many of us to get to our garages is to drive down the alleyway which is in terrible condition. It time for the city of Maumelle to take responsibility and fix the alleyways.

Its about time. Tires are not cheap anymore. The roads in some parts are destroying them.

I am in full support of this issue. I don't live in this subdivision but if my three small streets in our small division had this problem I would be doing everything I could to get it solved. We must work together.

I'm in CCA, but we have to care about all of our neighbors across our city.
The alleys are awful! They need to be fixed.
