Residents of McPherson have been plagued by the potholes located on your property at 2204 E. Kansas Ave. for years. Given the property's location near the interstate, we feel this is a poor reflection of our community to visitors that go to restaurants and businesses in the area. It's also a disservice to the business that rent from you and are often on the receiving end of upset customers. We would like you to take the steps necessary to properly maintain your property and fill the potholes.

Please fix the potholes in your parking lot. Actually they can not be considered potholes. Half the Concrete is missing. They are practically unavoidable. Thank You for your time and consideration.
The holes ruin cars. Made my check engine light come on twice. Unsafe hold water & ice.
I had a tire blown from hitting one of these when it was deceivingly filled with rain water. It's ugly and dangerous. It looks bad on not only the community itself, but the businesses in that lot, and 2/3 of our hotels in town are accessed by this drive. We should have a sign that says this is owned by you, not the city.
As a visitor to the community of McPherson I was disappointed to learn that the same potholes that were present in October 2013 are still there today.
Please maintain the property. Your lack of investment is a disservice to the City of McPherson and our residents and a poor reflection on your company and you personally. Do not be another "absent landlord" who makes a profit off of the property but fails to maintain it.
This hole is only getting bigger. The city stated that they will take care of this in the future so do your part and get it repaired.
