I really never thought this many people would actually care about the glitchy app but here we are and it feels so wild to see this much traction building up suddenly. It is just so frustrating standing at the stop staring at a screen that tells me the bus is three minutes away for twenty minutes straight but at least now I know I am not the only one feeling that pain.

I used nextbus regularly and am constantly shown inaccurate times and am left missing the bus I needed to catch for work, class, internship, etc.
Another thing to note is that it should make a way to let users know the best bus to take to get to a certain destination based on the closest stop.

The app says the bus is coming in 2 minutes then just disappears completely. Ive been late for my morning lab like three times this week because of this.
