Fix Reading's Large Volume Gas Leaks!

Concerned about potential gas leaks in this area. Would request audit and fixing if a problem.

I frequently smell gas in the area I live. Please fix the gas leaks

Natural Gas is a clean fuel and I wish it was available on Mill St. But leaks must be fixed first.

This needs to be addressed and repaired

I would like to suggest that when the result of this petition is presented, the idea of reducing gas reliability instead of just fixing the leaks should be presented and should take a large part of the discussion and funding.

Aside from the excellent health and environmental reasons to fix the leaks, a serious/dangerous leak could go unreported since people are "used to" smelling gas around town.

Please support our environment

Gas leaks are serious. They pollute the environmental and put people and children in danger. Please step up and start fixing them.

Natural (methane) gas is more heat-trapping than carbon. We cannot afford to release more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Natural gas is also explosive and the fumes are dangerous to our health. Massachusetts needs to transition away from natural gas, oil, and coal and switch to renewables!!

We need to protect the citizens of our planet from the harmful effects of gas leaks, as well as the extraction and burning of all fossil fuels. I am eager to see Reading, the home of my church, lead by example in this effort!
