Internet services in Carmanville and Noggin Cove, Newfoundland has been a problem for most paying customers for several years. We are paying for an "Ultra Hign Speed " internet service, but it's no better or worse than "Dial-up". The unlimited phone calls made to Bell Aliant sometimes on a daily or weekly basis, requesting that these services be fixed, is not working. Replacing of a router several times a year will not fix the problem when the lines running through these town are old, broken, and never been replaced. We should not have to fight with Bell Aliant to fix these problems, they are providing us poor services and still charging full monthly fees.
