Calling the townspeople of Eaton Rapids! Our homes and yards are flooding due to a big ground water problem that the Mayor chooses to ignore. We do not have a proper drainage system. Our neighbors are moving out of Eaton Rapids because they know there is a problem. People are not moving into ER because there is a problem. Our property values are effected! Our homes are being damaged year after year for taking on more water than our neighboring towns. We all know that when water issues are ignored, mold grows.Do we want to continue to expose our children and pets to this? I am tired of living in fear of the next heavy rain! I have spent thousands trying to keep the water out to no avail.As taxpayers, we deserve to have this issue addressed. It is time for the city to take action!
