Facebook and Instagram disabled after one innocuous post on Facebook was flagged for Violating Community Standards. I disagreed with decision and they disabled my account.

15 years of memories and contacts gone just like that. I had so much going on inside there and some contacts I don't even have outside Facebook and Instagram since they won't share with me their TikTok/Line/Wechat/Kakaotalk/Whatsapp contacts (some don't have, their life is only on Facebook).
