Microsofts support for hotmail is non existent. Upon forgetting your password, you are prompted for a security question, which for some reason is always "wrong". Or, you are asked for information which any casual user would not have such as "previous passwords".
Microsoft says "we take your security seriously, therefore we are taking steps to further block your account". Hotmail being free is no excuse for poor customer service.
