Desk jobs can ruin your body in the long run, it can cause many long term injuries like angina, heart attack, muscular skeletal disorders and obesity. For those who have a desk job you may begin to notice that your back, arms or hands begin to hurt after a long period of time. If there were a law stating that all workplaces should be forced to allow a fitness break for any employee who wants it, we can prevent future injury. If there was a law giving these employees a break for fitness then we can lower the number of long-term injuries drastically.
