Firstplus must reduce interest rates.

at thhe best this is shody practice.in fact i beleive its a downright rip -off. i will have nothing more to do with this firm .drop your interest rates and do the ethical thing for YOUR customers.

I find this unbelievably corrupt. Interest rates go up.. so does the loan. Interest rates go down,,, loan stays the same. Well done Barclays.

First plus agent sold me the loan as a personal loan , I was never told it will be administered as a mortgage. Totally missold

Barclays should hang there heads in shame, FirstPlus is there child, they charge extortionate interest rates, I think the Government would do something especially in this economic climate.

I made an official complaint to the Banking Ombudsman a few years ago about the extortionate interest rates on Firstplus loans. I am paying over 9% on a secured loan on my property. I have finally decided to sell the property. I was well aware of what I was taking on at the time but I honestly thought they would pass on rate reductions and be fair to their customers.

The worst thing I ever done

I have been paying a loan from firstplus for the last 9 years and have had nothing but greif from them,untrustworthy,do not listen very nice until you cannot pay or lose your job,the interest on my loan is really much to high and should be forced to reduce there rates substantialy and refund all the overpayments in exesive interest rates,i hate them,it was the worsy thing I have ever done to take out a loan form FIRSTPLUS

first plus must reduce their interest rates in line with the boe rates, which ishow they increase them. They cannot keep using their customers who often have no where else to turn to pay for their coperate mistakes

Can not believe how rude the Barclays First Plus Staff are, they do not reply to emails sent regarding my Barclays First Plus Account asking that it it may be moved to another Barclays product. Barclays Bank have demonstrated all that is bad in the banking world by continuing to charge excessive interest rates.

After first plus wouldn't help me when i couldnt keep repayments i was forced to sell house and now still owe a high amount of money. When i got my redemption i was shocked at how little i had paid off and how unhelpful and rude first plus are.
