This company is destroying lives with its immoral and unethical attitude. More annoying though is the fact they are allowed to get away with it. The small person has no rights in the UK. Our MPs should be putting far more pressure on banks and bankers, sadly few of us have any faith in our elected representatives

How "Barclay's" can hide behind the banner of a now defunct company whilst ripping off customer's is disgraceful...but are we really surprised?!!

We are 9yrs into our Barclays First Plus loan with 6 more to go what a constant stress this has been for us with my wife recently discovering she has cancer, just into the chemotherapy stage at moment so all financial burden is placed on myself not sure which way this episode in our life is going to go.

I am appalled at the interest rates being charged to customers with First Plus Loans. Something must be done about this now.

I have just had to sell my house to pay off the First Plus loan. It was the only way to get the monkey off of my back and the redemption figure was nothing short of extortion.

I like many others are angry that there has been no rate reduction on my loan over many years and fear that repayments will rise as soon as interest rates rise. This is morally wrong

We are in the same position as Mark Wilson where our loan which was taken out 10 years back is still the same as when we first took out the secured loan and we have paid almost £37,000 until now. What should we do?
