We would like first aid to be added to the National Curriculum for primary and early years education in the UK, so that young children will know what to do if an accident occurs.The topic would include teaching older pupils (Key Stage 2) how to put someone into the recovery position and perform CPR, whilst teaching younger children how to call 999 and simple accident prevention for early stages. (Key Stage 1 and below).
