Paying a monthly fee of $25 for an additional parking space is out of the question! All residents should have the right to park more than one vehicle inside the apartment complex. Here at The Gables at Richmond every apartment unit is given one parking space, even apartments that are two-bedroom. The apartment complex has enough parking for all the residents' vehicles. The complex should go back to the "first come, first serve" parking regulation. A lot of the residents assigned parking space is not even near their actual apartment unit. If we were to go back to "first come, first serve" residents would be able to park near their actual apartment. Plus, residents won't have to worry about getting their vehicles booted or towed for parking on the outside of the apartment complex.
