Rescues were trying to pull Amari and FCDS knew she was fearful. They should have worked harder to save her..not destroy her.

This has been going on far too long. Adoptable dogs being euthanized is so wrong. The staff at FCDS needs either retrained or replaced.

Rocko was just hours away from euthanasia, I fostered. He was just a 50 pound pup, not a mean spot anywhere. He was adopted within 6 weeks, with several on his waiting list. Why was he just hours away from death for being scared!?!?? What is the shelter for

There have been FAR too many killings of dogs that HAD rescues lined up to pull, were NEVER given their FULL HOLDING time, got NO CHANCE to be REDEEMED by owners OR ADOPTED!!!

All management at Franklin County Shelter must be fired. New management focus should be animal welfare and the rehoming of pets. The loss of Amari is inexcusable and stems from ignorance.

The decision makers at FCDS have killed enough healthy dogs using flimsy excuses . They are too lazy to incorporate alternative programs to help the dogs who come into FCDS, afraid and confused. Fire them and hire a staff who actually likes dog's and respects their lives!!!

The continuous cold blood murder of innocent dogs is unacceptable.Those making the decisions need fired.Dogs do not stand a chance in this kill pen,human failure is killing them not their own actions.The entire staff of dog killer's need fired without hesitation NOW !!!

There’s no excuse for this behavior! Time for this shelter to realize this treatment of animals is unacceptable. The dogs deserve better and the people that support them expect changes.
