Firing Franklin County dog shelter staff for random dog deaths

Shut this shelter DOWN!!!! Or get everyone out of there and all NEW people in!!! This is criminal and offensive!!! I’m very offended over this and the criminal actions of this shelter for animal cruelty, abuse, neglect and improper procedures!! We want actions taken IMMEDIATELY or your going to lose your seat in your positions in the state of OHIO!! we the people have spoken and want action taken NOW!! This is unexceptionable!!!

Stop murdering these sweet babies. If you have no interest in saving lives then find a new job.

Because this is wrong this person is obviously sick does not need to be around animals much less people

It’s Time to Clean House! These dogs deserve so much better. Kaye, We fight daily for the dogs I’m this facility. It’s time to get people in there with compassion and patience to work with these dogs and help them find their forever home rather than throwing them on a euthanasia list so they don’t have to deal with them or killing them for trainable and treatable conditions.

This shelter,and its Directors should closely be watched by the commissioners and tax paying citizens of Franklin County. They are euthinizing dogs for no reason .

Something needs to happen at this shelter. We are constant seeing healthy animals murdered at this shelter. It's not " euthanized" since these are not sick or terminal animals being put to sleep. We are seeing rescues attempting to get these dogs yet you are still killing the dog. What the hell is going on here??

I have the black German Sheppard, Hope Adira, who Dona Hall (Greatful Hearts Senior Dog Rescue)rescued several months ago. The vet at FCDS, told Dona that Hope had cancer, which she did not and that she had no quality of life and they wanted to euthanize her. Hope Adira is the best and most loving dog ever. She is so smart !!! A beautiful dog. In my opinion FCDS needs monitored, new staff, or shut down.

There’s really no sense in putting a nonaggressive, healthy dogs to sleep when we have rescues and adopters all over Ohio that would love to adopt these dogs. If you don’t feel like fooling with them then step down and let someone who actually cares enough to do the job you were hired to do.

I understand shelters get full, but killing innocent animals isnt the way. Franklin county dog shelter needs to reach out to other no kill facilities and see how they are ran. Aren't you people scared to face God 1 day and get questioned on why your killing his creations? This shelter needs guidance. Im ashamed your a shelter in my state. You can just go and kill a being that nobody chooses for now, Lord have mercy....im glad you dont run nursing facilities cause old people nobody wants would die at your hands also. You people just want a paycheck, your not heartedly in this job and its pitiful. You should be utterly ashamed of yourselves. Why dont you make a move and seek help from other shelters cause obviously you people don't know how to run a shelter!!!
