I have NEVER heard anything positive about FCDS. Everything I have heard has all been negative. I pray by signing this they will be held accountable for their disgusting actions .

Signed. Franklin County Animal Shelter shouldn’t kill dogs, this dog had a rescue and was well loved by shelter staff but was killed any way.

Owners were found and they killed her anyway. I think the shelter manager should be sentenced to death that's the same thing as being humanely euthanized.

They have the money to implement programs to help the dogs of Franklin County. Yes I understand not all can be saved but stop murdering dogs simply because they are terrified or stir crazy in a shelter environment. The time limit for rescues to pull dogs is absolutely ridiculous and it's sad when non profit rescues save more dogs with no funding then a 5 mil annual tax funded budget shelter does. If it wasn't for rescues killing them selves to save dogs that are your responsibility, your live release rate would be horrible. Stop slaughtering innocent dogs and start educating the public and holding irresponsible owners accountable.

This is one of the worst run shelters. It's literally just a concentration camp for dogs. They kill for no reason. They should be trying to save dogs. It's disgusting. They are on the heels of being as bad as Michael Vick. Disgusting

Time to change staff and adopt no-kill policies. Wake up!!! Board of Directors, Commissioners, Citizens look at what is happening in your own town! Shame on you.
