I’m just seeing this but I agree. I wondered where all of the rescues were -these dogs deserve a chance

If it is being funded then can’t they remove the incompetent management- so no more beautiful animalshave to suffer - they are supposed to be operating to help animals find homes - not make money!!!!

This is so sad I have been trying to save for dogs on death row at this facility for the last week 3 have been rescued one is due to be put down tomorrow at 7 p.m. his name is Ralph it's so sad watching videos of him he seemed so happy running around in the yard reading some of the volunteers comments they seem to really like rough but then there will be one or two comments that are from when someone I guess got him and he growled well to me this dog is in a new place he has been mistreated he has been from different shelters and rescues it takes time but no one is willing to give this dog, they're just going to put him down it's so sad it seems to me like they are putting too many dogs down to me one dog is too many unless it's aggressive please save rough tomorrow

I found out several years ago that Franklin county was killing healthy puppies and kittens. Saying it was because they had no room or not enough resources. This is unacceptable to me. They get a lot of funds. Stop murdering the innocent.

I have heard previous negative comments about Franklin County Dog shelter. It is very sad that animals are not treated appropriately and given a chance to be adopted. What can be done??????

I believe accountability for actions on poor voiceless animals .. there are no words fro people like him..

I am so glad this has been brought to the attention of the people, so we can correct it and get it in front of the right people to help save animals from this horrendous situation.

After dealing with this shelter on many occasions . Pulling and transporting dogs to save their lives I know for a fact this shelter does not care about the lives of these innocent dogs. They most definately need a total rehaul of their staff . These shelters need animal lovers in charge not people who continually take and kill these dogs

We have tried to go to commisioners etc for years to make FCDS a true no kill shelter. They just don’t care! Time for changes all around there! Everyone involved at this shelter needs to be held accountable!
