The current momentum triggered a request for a formal briefing from a state policy analyst. I am in the process of drafting a memo to outline the economic shifts occurring in neighboring states. This documentation will serve as the primary evidence for our upcoming legislative review.

Fireworks are fine to use if used responsibly and they are approved by the federal government. If Colorado legalize fireworks they can create jobs, create revenue, and be good for businesses.
tired of driving into wyoming just to get the good stuff for the 4th. keep the money in colorado instead of letting it cross state lines.

Yes, let's legalize all consumer fireworks. This will create job opportunities, opportunities for the state to collect the tax to better the state and get better equipment to extinguish fires that are caused by camp fires and and mitigate our lands to a healthier standing.
