We the people of the State of Arizona demand the State Legislature pass legislation that reduces the use of fireworks throughout the State of Arizona. We request state legislation that limits fireworks' use only on the eve of the following major holidays, from 7PM to midnight: Cinco de Mayo, the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve.
