Aaron Rodgers, while being an elite quarterback, can not win on his own, and it is showing. Ted Thompson has sat for the last 5 years and addressed the needs of NOW with head scratching draft picks NEXT YEAR. Good teams build through the draft. Elite teams address their needs with trades. As long as Ted Thompson is the General Mis-Manager of the Green Bay Packers, the Packers will NEVER succeed, and the current window of opportunity is closing quickly.
