For the past 10 years, loyal Rangers fans around the world have watched our beloved team go nowhere due to the leadership of the club’s President and General Manager, Glen Sather. Our franchise has been in a state of disarray for over ten years, and there is no end in sight. This petition is signed by Rangers fans around the globe who are asking you to remove Mr. Sather from his job, and to replace him with someone who will restore our hockey club to the top of the NHL. Rangers fans have high hopes that we will become Stanley Cup Champions with new management. This petition is signed by people who want Glen Sather removed regardless of whether or not they are attending the rally on March 7th, 2010 outside Madison Square Garden.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you have joined this effort to express our frustration. If each person reading this could send the link to a few fellow fans, I think we will finally hit that five hundred mark and make it impossible for them to ignore us.

I have been reading through the comments and seeing how much this team truly means to all of you. It is clear that the frustration goes deep and I am just humbled to be a small part of this push for change from our fanbase.
