As a fellow patient advocate and EMT I was outraged by this. Upon doing some more digging, this same officer has also been suspended for using excessive force on another occasion that I know of. This mockery of a so called "law officer" should be made an example of so that this incident remains an isolated one.

any one who can do that to a medical / EMT worker who was doing his job should not only be fired but fined medical and fire should always be ahead of the police unless the medical or fire workers are in danger and he needs anger management training

Martin is at most, a deplorable piss-poor imitation of a human being. No one is perfect, by any means, yet his performance deserves at least significant prison time: let alone being fired.

Daniel Martins is disgraceful to all mankind and law enforcement. He then interfered with EMS personnell who were in a real emergency and did so in a way endangering the very EMT whom I sure would have been perfectly willing to save his life if his life were ever in danger. Trooper Martin also caused a delay in getting a patient to the hospital with his poor behaviour.
