In light of the continued failures of the Athletic Director to accomplish his prescribed duties (real or perceived failures), we the students, fans and supporters of the University of Hawai'i appeal to the Board of Regents and Chancellor to remove forthwith, Herman Frazier, the Director of Athletics of the University of Hawai'i. We no longer believe that Mr. Frazier is capable of executing the responsibilities of said office and find just cause in his poor record of performance over the past 5 years for termination of his employment.
