This is a petition signed by the members of Red Sox Nation who are fed up with the managerial blunderings of Grday Little. It is our opinion that Grady is in over his head managing a major league ballclub and ask GM Theo Epstein to do the right thing and decline Grady\'s 2004 option. Game 7 of the 2003 ALCS has shown the world on a grand stage just how lost Grady is. He snatched defeat from the jaws of victory for our team and we want a new manager in place for 2004. The petition will be circulated purely by word of mouth, email and message boards. If you agree with our sentiment, please sign and pass this on to all the Red Sox fans you know. Once the petition has gained steam, it will be sent to the Boston Red Sox front office in hopes of sending the very clear message that the fans are tired of Grady\'s incompetence and want a change.
