These young people did not deserve to be killed or injured. This officer should have rendered aid to the woman, who was clearly still moving in the video. She may have lived if he had. Now she's dead and this trigger happy cop has paralysed a young man. He needs severe disciplinary actions!

Hopefully, they'll find criminal charges with their internal investigation. I sure see the crime in this officers actions. I see him attempting to cover his tracks, by not informing fellow officers or dispatch of "shots fired". I apparently see him search for shell casings before attempting any medical assistance on either crash victim. We need to get this officer off of the streets.

This "officer" should be behind bars... there is no way that this was an unintentional shot. The video clearly shows how precise he was in his shot and to then holster the gun... and then not to check on the girl laying dead on the ground. DISGUSTING!

The video evidence is clear intention to shoot in my opinion. Why is for a Jury to determine. Mike Ramsey you are the DA not the Jury. Fire Feaster, and bring Charges for the People to determine is Justice.

I don't agree with drinking and driving, but I do not agree with this officers actions. His actions should not go unpunished. Let's not allow this man to hide behind his badge.

If you cannot wield a firearm safely, you should not wield one. Much less be a peace officer, if it was fear that caused the accident, men and women that are not prepared to be involved in dangerous encounters without causing unecessary fatalities then they should not be officers of the law. Accidental or not, this man has clearly shown he should not be part of the police force or wield a weapon.

It was wrong on a lot of levels first thing the lady should of been tended to second why was a gun drew when there were no threats this is not excusing this accident caused by a drunk driver
He killed a person
But shooting a unarmed person is against protocol and then saying he didn't no the gun went off that's just incompetent negligence
If that's the case or he needs a hearing aid .
