The cop was way too concerned with shooting him and didn't even care about Darien a Ehorn on the grounds dying. He does not know how to conduct himself in stressful situations and should not be a police officer. Beings that is basically the description of their job.

I have been behind him twice when he abruptly flip around with no lights no warning and almost caused an accident then this happened. Definitely needs to be fired. You can tell it intentional that he shot him

This should be treated as a criminal offense! The law states if the officer acted in a way that increases the likelihood of harm that a normal person would not have acted that is criminal intent. Well anyone who has been trained to carry knows you NEVER put your fingers on the trigger unless you plan to fire your gun (or this happens).
