The driver didn't even know he was being pulled over! He was clearly driving way to fast, & was way out in front of the cop! His only thought going thought his mind,& would be mine as well " GET OUT, GET TO MY WIFE, & MAKE SURE SHE IS OK!" NOT,I'm gunna RUN. So for the Cop to say anything different is B.S. Dash cam shows cop sitting across from bar, but the cop didn't see a commotion in the parking lot? A crowd of people had to pull the Drink Drive away, he had numerous alterations with bouncer trying to get back in the Bar,he was jumping up & down on the hood of the car, all this commotion the cop didn't see? But he saw a car leave with no lights on...

That was very uncalled for. The poor man was just trying to get out of the vehicle after he wrecked. The police should have been checking to see if he was alive and okay, not just shoot him! This makes the ppd look really bad.

Because the officer did not protect the victim nor drivers rights. Because he was negligent in attending basic trauma needs and because he did not protect nor serve the public in this incident and due to this incident will not in the future be able to comply in a police officer conduct.

You can see the officer walk towards the car and then he takes his gun out and shoots Thomas.

Cold blood is right! He should of ran over to help him and look he didn't even give a care about the girl whom got thrown out and died. He was not putting up a fight, he was trying to get to his girl, asap, This is the police deptartment thats supposed to help the people of Paradise. I don't want it.. WE NEED TO TAKE A STAND....

I don't see how it was an accident when someone crashes and tries to get out you tell them to stop or put their hands up just for your safety not shoot them right away. Killed an innocent person!
