There was absolutely no reaction from the officer before or after he shot the man. No way it was an accidental shot. This man, filled with no remorse, is a murderer.

Since when do you approach an accident roll over with gun drawn? Since when do you see a woman thrown from a car and not even go to assist her or check if you can help? Since when is it acceptable for an officer to fail to use proper fire arm safety? Since when is it okay to SHOOT someone who is in a roll over accident and trying to climb out of the vehicle? And Since when is it okay for him to report the suspect is REFUSING to get out of the car after shooting him? And ...obviously looking for the shell??? Oh my word. Seriously???? Get real....This needs to go as high as necessary to get it right. Feds, whatever whoever it needs to go to. Not Okay what happened here at all. Not at any point in the sequence of events. The citizens of Paradise and surrounding areas will NOT tolerate this insanity.

"Not justified, but not criminal" That's a joke! This young man & his family deserve justice. There's no one higher than the law. That officer needs to be held accountable for his actions regardless! Accidental is not an excuse for what happened & the officer's actions seem to be acceptable by the law... I don't understand how that is possible! Everyone makes mistakes & we all suffer the consequences. Even though he is an officer of the law that shouldn't be an acceptable reason to over look his fatal mistake. He needs to be held accountable for his wrong doings! I pray that justice gets served.

If the video speaks for itself, he should be charged with murder by a jury. There was no viable immediate threat to the officer or public and therefor was excessive force

I was not able to attend the peaceful protest today. I hope signing this petition will help in meeting justice for this man and his family. I am outraged and disappointed in the actions by Mike Ramsey in this matter and belive officer Feaster should be removed from active duty he is a shame to fellow police officers.

Training is clearly an issue. Mental evaluation for officers need addressed. He should resign. Make.it easier for his department. Thid will affect his ability to perform his job. There is no justice that can come of this. Fear of the ones who protect and serve is already done. M.Strand (5305667129) *I dont check my eyes*

Murder and manslaughter or both criminal offenses. Even if it was an accidental discharge of his firearm, that's still criminal.

Termination from his position of public trust isn't enough. This warrants termination and criminal charges. This is a clear cut case of attempted murder. "Not justified but not criminal" is a joke.

This man clearly knew what he was doing! Anyone with 2 eyes open that can see, can see clearly that the shots fired were intentional. I have read some terrible things about the officer as well from people who knew him.
