So much of the A's PR now is about BB and how special he is. The team is not about him, but the players. I've been a A's fan since the early 70's . Beane has destroyed the winning ways in Oakland. They never had to tarp off the top of the stadium , it sold out .Keep your young players and PAY them. The collapse of are franchise is the result of one man who does not respect or understand "chemistry" of a great team and continues to ruin teams by making unnecessary moves to have his team fit his selfish desires and better more boost his ego as a baseball genius. He has been about numbers since day one and the numbers do not lie, he has "0" championships and "2" winning playoffs series since he has been our GM. He has had championship caliber teams but does not know how to keep a team together for as long as "possible" and continues to create and destroy teams with nothing to show for it in the end.
