I am gathering the feedback provided in the comments to compile a formal brief for the front office. My focus is now shifting toward securing a meeting with team leadership to present these concerns directly.

The current level of public interest has reached the attention of major local sports media outlets. I am currently coordinating a time to discuss these specific grievances with a columnist to ensure our points are clearly articulated.

Enough is enough. Avery has had plenty of chances to get these guys playing right and he just cant do it. Time for someone new.
