• Conduct a thorough investigation: Launch an internal review of Mr. Boda's statements and their potential impact, adhering to due process and established company policies.
• Issue a public statement: Clearly condemn hate speech and discrimination in all its forms, reiterating OpenAI's commitment to inclusivity and ethical AI development.
