The hateful rhetoric from Tal Broda shows that he is a liability for any company as he lacks the compassion and critical thinking skills necessary to be a leader. It is unreasonable to think his racism and cruelty does not interfere with every part of his life including his work in AI. That impact on AI may result in disastrous consequences. Tal Broda should be fired immediately from any role where he has influence over any people, processes, or technology.
