This judge is extremely bias individual. You think you're in a communist country when presenting yourself before this judge. He does not want to listen defense statement, he keeps interrupting when you are trying to defend yourself. He does not want to look at any evidence you bring to court. When questioning the officer to provide proof or evidence of accusation the cop said he doesnt have to provide any. This judge still sided with the cop. It's unbelievable how corrupt the system is. DMV will never fire this guy based on how much money he brings in. I just hope God punishes him and the lying cop that was giving out tickets to fatten his paychecks.

for reason he is considered the worst judge in ny state look it if you dont believed it

a judge no matter of how clean your record is no matter what the offence is no matter what excuses you have he will find you guilty on the worst possible option
its a shame to have such a judge not to mention the money he fines with the gas prices and tolls and so on

Judge determined my wife to be guilty for going 47 in a 30 after my wife was having a miscarriage so we were rushing home to take care of the bleeding ..we then went to hospital afterwards and also showed this hospital documents to court showing she had a miscarriage..he had no remorse!!

I was in his traffic court room for a summons issued by the Staten Island coin collector Verrazano bridge cop. I have a restricted license because I owe NYS Taxes but when I provided the cop with my restricted license and the DMV documents he refused to look at it, issuing me a ticket for driving with a suspended license but when I told judge Levine, he look so and said, no guilty because you didn’t show it to the police officer. I informed judge Levine that the cop refused to look at the DMV documents.

Very rude and disrespectful! No regards for people as human beings! He is a bad representation of the law and justice system. He doesn't give you the respect to speak about or plead your case. Your not even allow to breath much less in front of him. You are guilty before your name is called to see the judge! He is unfair, bias and racist! He should be removed immediately! His attitude, demeanor and tone is very disrespectful! He even accused me of being someone else that I wasn't and tried to get me removed from the court room until I had ppl in the court room vouch that I was not the person he thought I was.

This validates that it was not ok for him to make me feel the way I felt with my experience. I left feeling so bad about myself and reading how others felt the same way sadly ensures me that I wasn't alone. He's just a cruel human being. Hopefully he can realize that it's more than the ticket. When someone is mistakenly given a ticket and bring in proof to only get verbally abused, it's not a good feeling because you don't feel like your're being dealt with honestly.

I got a speeding ticket and I was never caught on radar, Officer didn't come to the first hearing so Mr Levine decided to reschedule when it shouldve been automaticall dismissed

Judge levine convicts motorists who commit traffic violations, which is why the motorists recieve summonses in the first place.
