Call a spade a spade, she's so lowbrow she shouldn't be teaching at all regardless of race.

I believe that if Nancy Gordeuk has lost her job due to stating her observation (not that I agree with her statement), Saida Grundy should also lose her job for her "insensitive" statements.

Racism is wrong--regardless of who you are.
I completely understand freedom of speech, but some of the stuff that leaves peoples mouths is deplorable..

What she tweeted was racist. If it had come from a Caucasian professor about young black men she would've already been fired.

We need to move away from a system where racist comments are excused by any subsegment of our society. They should be OK for NOONE! Similarly the punishment should be the same for everyone.

Racists should bear the consequences of their actions regardless of race. Ms Grundy has no place being in a classroom.

There are multiple stories recently where a white person who expressed their personal opinion was reprimanded (e.g. Principal Nancy Gordeuk - FIRED, students involved in Oklahoma fraternity - EXPELLED, etc). However, a professor can say terrible things about white males and nothing. With every day that passes, it makes me regret more and more having put my life on the line for this country. It is heading down a dangerous path filled with hypocrisy and double-standards.

not only is she racist, she is wrong. Slavery existed long before Europeans were slave holders. The romans (which stretched from Europe through the middle east and into Egypt) transported slaves from all over to wherever they needed them. Who do you think worked the Oars on Roman war ships? Slaves. Also Europeans are NOT the first to have slaver a defacto condition inherited from person to Child. The Egyptians did the same thing. All Hebrews in Egypt were slaves. If you were a slave, your children would be a slave.

Why do we need a petition to fire a black racist when all other variations of racists get fired automatically?
