This is not the first time I see this. I hv experienced this kind of think during my working years in a local engineering firm. A guy came for interview for a C&S engineer position. Certificates with honors and such but when ask to do a simple sketch on some engineering detail he cannot do.

IDA, do yourself a favor. Sack Nisha and claw back some integrity. Your HR department is now the biggest joke in Singapore. Whoever that heads the HR now must have a very thick skin to remain on the job.

whatever how IDA tries to defend this employee on her capabilities at work (which we do not know of). This clearly undermines basic concepts of integrity. Shame on IDA. Or at least, please get a proper PR person to properly handle this situation. Hopefully, less of a backlash than what is happening now.

Nisha Padmanabhan is dishonest by acquiring a fake degree and we can't have dishonest people working for the government. IDA should dismiss her for dishonesty
