Must have an enquiry on this matter.Proper investigation by all relevant agency.If found crime has been committed than police action must be taken on who ever in cahoot over this matter

Please do the right thing, that is to dismiss this person from IDA. Your employment application form must have some clause on being trueful on info submitted for application for the job. So I supposed this is already a breach of trust.
