Nada Rashed is the Chief of Human Resources at OneHealth by AXA. Nada is a bad example for anyone working in human resources and helps in developing a very bad company culture. AXA should fire her for the following reasons.
- On several occasions, she talked to employees in a very disrespectful tone
- She thinks that every employee in the company is her subordinate
- She doesn't practice what she preaches
- she is very authoritative with her team

About time someone spoke up. I worked there for a year and leaving was the best decision of my life because of her management style. Absolute nightmare to work for.
