Never should haven been given job in first place. Rooney's broke their own rule by not waiting for Super Bowl to be completed to interview the most qualified man for the job. Disregarded Ron Revera whom is Hispanic and was way more qualified. Hmmm DC in Super Bowl or lets just go with a guy having only 1yr as DC on a team not getting to playoffs.. Yeah Little funny Obama in, then our deserving man Dungy getting to SP then Lovie Smith to top it off as SP coach. Tomlin inserted as head coach of a team he wasn't even qualified to run let alone let's call it what it is.. Reverse racism let's jump on the band wagon.. Well you get what you deserver when you become hypocritical.. Good job Steeler's front office and ownership.

Too much talent he’s wasted. Horrible clock management horrible preparation for his team. Horrible scheming vs opposition. Don’t look at his overall record. Rooneys please judge Tomlin on what he’s done with this talented team. Other coaches are doing better with less talent. He needs to go.

Tomlin is an underachieving undisciplined HC --cerebrally weak and HIGHLY overrated. 0-4 against ALL AFC WEST teams? RU kidding me? "Coaches" Tomlin, Butler & Smith are the Three Stooges of The Steel City and should shown the door ---what an embarrassment those clowns are.

Enough is enough. Ben was medically cleared to play for the 2nd half against Oakland, and Tomlin doesn't permit him to go back in until 5 minutes left? That epitomizes Mike Tomlin's gross incompetence.

He has squandered the resources of the most talented team in the NFL. Forget about even making the playoffs. I just knew this was going to be our Super Bowl year and I sure was wrong. Tomlin also needs to bring in a kicker this week to challenge what was a very good kicker in Boswell. He lost it when he gained the big contract.

FIRE TOMLIN NOW!!!!! The Steelers will never go anywhere in the playoffs as long as Tomlin is the coach. I have been following the Steelers since the Glory Years of the 70's but I am getting so fed up with the underachieving with all of the talent that we have, to lose to 2-10 Oakland is pathetic! I am seriously thinking about finding another team. This is getting old! FIRE TOMLIN NOW! NOW!
