I am 46 years old and have been a Steelers fan since I was 10 years old. Rooney rule my ass. Tomlin has had numerous teams capable of winning the Superbowl. Yet he has managed to be out coached each year! This should have been the last straw. Fire his ass now!!

Another one-and-done, UNPREPARED, POORLY-COACHED, PATHETIC, home playoff debacle with a team LOADED with talent. The Stillers will NEVER go back to the Super Bowl as long as CHEERLEADER (not "coach") Tomlin is running the team. Wake the F up, Rooneys and fans!!! What a joke. All that talent going to WASTE.

I think they need to offer Bill Cowher a 10-year contract for $150M over ten years to come back. Mike Tomlin is not a good coach even though he has Super Bowl caliber talent. He is a loser.

This team has as much talent as any team in the NFL yet consistently loses. Should have called two QB sneaks on fourth down. Went for an onside kick with two timeouts and the two minute warning left. That is inexcusable. Tomlin, Haley and Big Butt-ler need to go. Bring back Cowher!!

Die-hard Steelers fan, but Tomlin has to go. He is surrounded by the best RB, WR, and probably the second best, and sometimes looks to be best QB in the world, and persistently screws up clock management and play calling, along with inept Todd Haley. Running the ball wasn't working, so yeah, let's do it again. To hell with letting Ben do what he wants, which lead to 5 TDs and 470/yards. The onside kick with 2:30 left and two timeouts sealed it for me. The man is an inept football coach that inherited a future dynasty
